At Kawaii Stop, we want you to love every item you receive; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original cute packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
